Responsibilities: Work closely with Line Manager to collate and analyze the available marketing and sales data using the respective tools and platforms, transforming data into business value to achieve organizational goals. Managing and executing the day-to-day activities associated with sales and marketing intelligence data visualization practice. Manage the compilation of marketing campaign and sales performance and ensure consistent data update and accuracy. Extract quantitative information from metrics such as traffic, leads, sales, campaigns/promotions, website, social media or any other relevant activity or financial data from multiple tools/reports such as Salesforce, Customer Data Platform, Power BI, Excel etc. for analysis and insights to improve business performance. Develop and manage sales & marketing intelligence visualization solutions that could take multiple forms including: adhoc analysis, dashboards, infographics, use cases based on data and insights for \'what if\' scenarios to test and learn to optimize conversion and improve sales & marketing effectiveness. Identify and capture opportunities from the data results for strategic planning, pipeline and sales forecast. Support Marketing teams with ad-hoc data mining and analytics. Develop methodologies for aggregating results from various programs and campaigns Confirm data integrity and perform analysis to identify trends Reconcile disjointed data sources as needed Work collaboratively with key team members, internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors to develop/implement new tools / technologies to be incorporated into the organization to improve sales & marketing effectiveness. Undertakes all other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management Requirements: Possess Degree in Marketing or an equivalent of working experience of Digital Advertising with 3-4 years of online marketing experience or equivalent 2-4 years\' experience implementing and managing marketing technology with a previous focus on website, mobile application & CRM systems with tracking platforms. Passionate about data and the powerful insights that can be interpreted and applied to maximize revenue growth, customer engagement, customer conversion, marketing opportunity and product innovation. Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver. Preferably to have breadth of strategic and hands on functional experience across customer journey mapping for digital marketing & customer segment profiling, targeted marketing based on targeted audience segmentation, social listening, complex insights and analytics interpretation that turns to business opportunity and marketing actions. Demonstrated experience in delivering commercially successful customer solutions into the market through multiple channels, with an ability to priorities and align multiple key stakeholders through the process. Solid experience and understanding of CRM solutions and Marketing Automation plus social dashboard (i.e, Salesforce Einstein, Google Analytics, Power BI tool, Social Listening tools, etc). Come with solid customer orientation, core understanding of the customer lifecycle and customer needs, and how customer insight or customer strategy drives experience. Preferably to have experience in digital marketing or ecommerce. Commercial in the thinking; able to deliver in an agile environment and work in ways that emphasize cross functional teams.
