Summary

As a Growth Lead, your role is pivotal in implementing and executing the growth strategies set by the Head of Teleport Pink across its 6 capital cities. Your responsibilities will focus on the detailed planning and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall departmental strategy. While the Head of Teleport Pink provides strategic direction, your role is to drive the day-to-day marketing efforts to acquire, retain, and stimulate the growth of customers effectively. Reporting to the Head of Teleport Pink, you will work full-time from our Wisma Tune office.

Key Responsibilities

Accelerate the growth of Pink across the 6 capital cities by developing and executing growth strategies to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and stimulate their growth effectively.

Work closely with local teams to tailor initiatives for each unique market.

Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, services, and market launches.

Offline campaigns (events, trade shows, on-ground activations, flyers, etc)

Online campaigns (paid ads, social media and content marketing, email and chat marketing, etc)

External communications and press releases

Merchandising

Distribution channel branding

Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, product, and operational efforts.

Lead efforts in acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through effective marketing campaigns and strategies.

Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to enhance user engagement and loyalty.

Utilise data analytics and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimise marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Contribute to the development and refinement of the brand positioning for the express delivery product.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.

Develop and localise campaign playbooks, product unique selling propositions, messaging and customers journey (marketing touchpoints) across the region.

Manage and track marketing expenses, reporting on ROI for all marketing led activities.

Qualifications & Experience

4-5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with a preference for growth hacking or marketing background

Regional growth marketer experience in the country or other SEA markets

Familiarity with cross-border and last-mile logistics a plus
