Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the maintenance of servers (File server, AD and etc.), back up and disaster recovery.
• Perform periodic check on network and data security in all system.
• Provide support and on-site technical support of hardware and software including Desktop, Laptop, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
• Ensure end user reporting issues are logged in Helpdesk system and respond to the end user promptly.
• Ensure business continuously for all system including Time Management System, Door Access Control, CCTV System and etc.
• Able to proactively coordinate within ICT team and ICT vendor to ensure quick resolution to all ICT issues reported by end users.
• Monitor ICT performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.
• Manage and implement ICT project work.
• Analyse the business processes and requirements and translate it into ICT solutions.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team to ensure a successful completion of tasks being assigned.
• Maintain log listing of required repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
• Ensure anti-virus software id up to date and share necessary information with users regarding risks.
• Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal.
• Physical on-site support to other branches is required when a need arises.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in related field.
• Great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
• Possess good analytical, structuring and problem-solving skills.
• Position based in Sandakan, Sabah.
