Job Description
Job Purpose
Independently run projects (with minimal guidance from manager) and provide support to the HTO and CSO in:
- Programme delivery control
Provide programme performance transparency to management

Business
- Identify areas for performance improvement
- Continuous identify roadblocks or delays, define actions needed to unblock and follow up to ensure "course correction" problem solving
- Act as a problem solving partner for the business as it seeks to identify new initiatives and generate greater impact
- Break down organizational barriers to collaboration to ensure maximum value delivered
- Provide TO Engagement with Stakeholders to ensure improvement in TO performance
- Provide assistance to TO Projcet Team in terms of project identification, selection and prioritization on area of focus
- Promote TO awareness to all employees especially for Project Leaders & members on improving process & quality
- Evaluate TO projects against current practice and provide feedback for process improvement and cost savings
Financial
- Assist in quantify the savings from initiatives and validate savings with Finance Department
- Provide advisory / consultancy services to work streams
- Managing relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Communicate and negotiate effectively to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of business results
Impact / Accountability
Proper communication of transformation programme to the entire company to ensure employees are on board and to ensure implementation of TO initiatives to achieve overall cost saving targets
Education/Professional Qualification
Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Management / Real Estate or related discipline
Professional Experience
3-4 years experience
Added value advantage e.g. ICAEW, ACCA, CPA etc
