Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand and fulfil staffing needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
• Promote positive employee relations through conflict resolution and effective communication.
• Monitor and track employee performance and development plans.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
