Manage the design development process and delivery of projects from inception/conception up to building plan (AP) approval including contract documentation processes
Job Responsibilities
Schematic Design
Manage and engage project consultant's team, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Manage the development of concept through the schematic design process for Management's approval
Ensure that the design is sustainable and accordance to the approved Product Brief and budget plan
Responsible in managing consultants on the development of assigned products
Manage the draft Building Plan documents/drawings process prior to submission to local authority
Inception
Analyse the performance of consultants based on their previous track record as well as input from other internal stakeholders prior selection and appointment
Job Responsibilities (Con't)
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with internal stakeholders i.e. Project Management team, Marketing & Sales and Land Planning team and ensure smooth implementation of projects
Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure all contractual and regulatory requirements are complied with for the smooth implementation of the development
Engage with the consultants and internal stakeholders for best practice on design and projects management
Contract Documentation
Survey and update knowledge on the building materials from relevant suppliers
Compile the selected building finishes and specifications by consultants for approval by the relevant parties
Review the consultant's recommendations on the finishes and specifications
Review draft tender drawings and documents with Project and Contract Management team

Ensures compliance and conformance to relevant policies and procedures.
Education/Professional Qualification
Degree in Architecture or any relevant qualifications in Property Development
Professional Experience
Experience in design delivery management or project management i.e. design management, technical, contract and management skill on property development from conception to completion. Well-versed with statutory regulations and laws relating to property development industry.
5-8 years relevant working experience in property development industry.
