Job Description

Responsibilities:-
Responsible for new product development and execution of new sample products order and cost.
Review te present product costing, margin and pricing as per management schedule.
Determines products margin and pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; antipating volume, costing special and customized oders.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sampe team, following up on work results.
Monitoring, tracking, and organizing of all new product samples record system including document record and filling.
Provide quarterly analysis reports to management on new product opportunities, present product refresh projects, sample product development success/ failure measures and indicate that management wants to understand more completely, individual product success.
Leads the department team in quick response to internal customers and external customers request. Work closely on new item joint development with customers from raw materials to finished goods and delivery within the timeline.
Dateline customer's needs and dateline by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
Complete the sample product approval for all Pre-production samples.
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product line by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and / or product or packaging charges.
Aeeseese market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors products. The influence of the competitors e.g. import, pricing, raw material, technical, new product and etc.
Obtains product market share by working with sales team/ customer to develop product sales and marketing strategies.
Provides information for managing the non-moving stocks and recommendation to management for review and approval by preparing short-term and long-term product sales reports.
Handling management reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and others administrative functions.
Review and design of department structure, work flow, working matter and record system from time to time.
Participate in cross project leadership and cross project coordination.
