Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airline & Logistic Security Personnel to oversee and
ensure the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and control of security operations
at all Santan\xe2\x80\x99s operations. As the key liaison person between Santan and the local regulator, you will play a crucial role in managing security operations, policies, and compliance with security legislation, regulations, and Group requirements. Additionally, you will act as the Chief of
Security (CoS) on behalf of Santan\xe2\x80\x99sFunctional Duties & Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay updated on existing and new legislation, ensuring compliance with federal, state,
and local requirements, and anticipating future legislation.
\xe2\x97\x8f Address security compliance, procedures, and planning with airline personnel,
contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
\xe2\x97\x8f Organize and provide appropriate risk reporting, including compliance risks, systemic
issues, and management metrics. Prepare management reports and escalate issues
when necessary.
\xe2\x97\x8f Take charge of the full range of selection, training, evaluation, counseling, and
recommendations related to security personnel.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage security awareness and situational awareness programs. Identify potential
security concerns, analyze data on trends and patterns, review security inspection
reports, and formulate strategies to address emerging trends and concerns.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct assessments of threats and risk vulnerabilities, and respond effectively to
emergencies, crisis situations, and station-specific security needs. Ensure the
appointment of qualified security contractors and evaluate their adherence to standards
through quality control measures.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain close liaison with local and international agencies to enhance security
measures and stay updated on industry best practices.
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop the annual plan and budget for the sub-department in alignment with the
department-wide strategy. Ensure adherence to the approved budget.
\xe2\x97\x8f Plan, manage, and maintain all security training, both internal and external, at respective
stations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide relevant security threat and risk assessments to stakeholders, including
management and external service providers. Assess and audit external service providers
to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
\xe2\x97\x8f Make decisions related to security operations matters after consulting with the Group
Chief of Security. Report all security breaches, inadequacies, and non-compliance to the
Management and Group Chief of Security.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage security operations in the respective stations, ensuring that security contractors
deliver services to the agreed-upon standards.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and direct the team whilst liaising with law enforcement agencies to ensure
that the Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and interests are achieved.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure the implementation of a positive security culture within the organization.\xe2\x97\x8f Make sure all security functions are performed and procedures are implemented by
applicable regulations and standards
\xe2\x97\x8f Prevent internal and external fraud.
\xe2\x97\x8f Investigate all internal and external fraud cases.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with Group security, other security companies and government bodies for
effective protection and coverage
\xe2\x97\x8f Focus on surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behavior.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct risk assessment on cyber Security, and gather intelligence reports from
regulatory authorities to conduct risk and threat assessment for domestic and
international routes.
\xe2\x97\x8f Plan and conduct Drug and Alcohol tests.
\xe2\x97\x8f To manage the application of airport passes for new personnel and visitors.
\xe2\x97\x8f To renew airport passes for daily, monthly, and annual.Skills & Experience
\xe2\x97\x8f At least 5 years of qualitative experience in security within the Aviation Industry.
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with airline business systems and processes.
\xe2\x97\x8f Having undergone various Aviation Security Courses also courses related to security
would be an advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
