Job Description

Location: Kota Damansara

Key decision maker to:

Approve of petty cash and non-trade purchase based on current Discretion Authority Limit (DAL) Approve general supplier invoices of HR & Admin Department. Approve leave for subordinates. Approve salary payment to employees via merchandtrade. Approve monthly claim form for subordinates.
Prime Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Accountable to be proactively reviewing business environment, actively aware of business needs to formulate new strategy/initiative to be in line with business needs in timely manner Initiative taken in a timely manner Reporting Line- Group CEO

HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT:



Responsible for developing and administering HR plans, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with the company's objectives. Manages employee relations, training, performance, recruitment, compensation, and benefits while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Additionally, provides HR advisory services to various subsidiaries.

Recruitment:



Attract and hire top talent that fits the company culture and has the required skills and qualifications.

Training and Development:



Identify training needs, develop training programs, and monitor their effectiveness. Ensure employees have access to professional development opportunities.

Employee Relations:



Foster positive relationships between employees and management to improve job satisfaction and retention rates.

Performance Management:



Implement performance management systems and processes to improve employee performance and productivity.

Compensation and Benefits:



Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees.

ADMIN DEPARTMENENT:



Responsible for managing the administrative functions of the company, which involves overseeing office maintenance, procurement, event management, and facilities management. Responsible for ensuring compliance with HR and general admin and security SOPs and verifying staff reimbursement matters and bill payment.

Office Management:



Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations, including office maintenance, supplies management, and staff support.

Procurement Management:



Efficiently manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost management.

Event Management:



Plan and execute company events, including meetings, conferences, and other gatherings.

Facilities Management:



Ensure that all company facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet regulatory requirements.

IT DEPARTMENT:



Responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures. To ensure the security and integrity of the company's data, align technology systems and infrastructure with the company's needs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

IT Infrastructure Management:



Ensure that the company's IT infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.

System and Software Management:



Ensure that all software and systems used by the company are up-to-date, properly licensed, and meet regulatory requirements.

Data Management:



Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data.

User Support:



Provide timely and efficient support to all users of the company's IT systems and software.

ASSET MANAGEMENT:



Oversee a team who is responsible to manage the company's assets, including inventory and disposal of obsolete assets, and ensures compliance with asset management regulations.

Asset Tracking and Reporting:



Develop and implement an effective asset tracking and reporting system to ensure that all company assets are accounted for and properly managed.

Asset Maintenance and Repair:



Ensure that all company assets are properly maintained and repaired as needed to prolong their lifespan and ensure their functionality.

Asset Disposal:



Develop and implement policies and procedures for disposing of obsolete assets in an environmentally responsible and legally compliant manner.

Cost Optimization:



Optimize asset usage to reduce costs while ensuring that assets are available when needed.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:



Oversee the person who responsible for managing the company's properties, including maintenance, repair, lease and let. To develop and implement property management policies and procedures, ensure compliance with property management regulations, and manage the company's properties efficiently.

Property Maintenance and Repair:



Ensure that all company properties are well- maintained and repaired as needed to ensure their functionality and safety.

Tenant Management:



Manage tenant relationships and address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.

Lease Management:



Ensure that all leases are properly executed and that all lease terms are being met by both the company and its tenants.

Cost Optimization:



Optimize property usage to reduce costs while ensuring that properties are available when needed. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management Successful completion of any additional duties assigned by management in timely manner while meeting the quality
standard.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Professional certification in HR or Admin will be an added advantage. At least 10 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin functions Proven experience in managing multiple departments or functions In- depth knowledge of Malaysian laws and keeping abreast of HR best practices.

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
