Responsible for the overall staffing functions, from potential candidate sourcing, selection, interview session coordination, salary negotiation to job offer.
Execute approved ER for IDL hiring within shortest time possible, as per IDL hiring process and plant IDL hiring target.
Creative in developing talent sourcing channels, pooling potential candidates and having talents in a pipeline for hiring.
Responsible for IDL hiring needs timely.
Comply to RBA\'s recruitment processes and code of conduct at all times.
Meet individual KPI as set by the Superior on a yearly basis.
Conduct IDL induction program for new hires.
Manage internship program, such as placement and liaise with hiring managers and institutions.
Update recruitment and related SOP, as and when needed. Review the SOP on a yearly basis.
Attend to IDL hiring related audits. Ensure IDL hiring and related SOP compliance at all time.
Any other assignment as allocated by the Superior / HR Head as and when required.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
