Imagine is a Leading creative solutions company. We have built over 10,000 Ad creatives for amazing global brands such as Burberry, Reiss, Swatch, Facebook, Disney to name a few. Our unique Global Synkd reseller agreement allows us to constantly drive digital firsts around the world for some amazing clients such as,UBS, Canada Goose, The UK Government, and Mulberry. We have just been awarded a new B2B client contract and as such, we are now looking for a HR and finance managerto join our family. Passionate and motivated; driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit. • Manage the Global P&L and make recommendations
• Oversee all financial matters including annual accounts in all markets
• Control the Purchase, sales & nominal ledger
• Generate electronic bank payments for further processing.
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Manage monthly payroll & VAT returns
• Oversee & implement all HR matters in all markets
• Candidate screening and employment contracts management

Ideal skills and experience:

• Min. 3 years in a HR & Finance role
• Part qualified / Level 2 AAT or higher (or qualified by experience)
• 2 years Xero experience
• Experience of finance in an international company
• Understanding of financial practices in MY and the ability to research and implement in other countries including UK, Australia, Singapore, US and China
• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Work well in a team but also comfortable using own initiative
• Resilience and ability to function under pressure
• Education: BA/BS Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and mandarin
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
