Job Description


  • Oversee and manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Processing (HR2000 / I-payroll), Compensation & Benefit, Training and Development, Employee Relation and Disciplinary issue handling.
  • Develop and implement HR SOPs, strategies, policies and practices to ensure proper compliance to Company Rules and Regulations, control or coordinate job accountabilities and result.
  • Assist in refining & execute employee standards, procedures, using and improving or streamlined HR existing system & processes.
  • Ensure compliance of the legal requirement affecting human resource function. (Eg: Employment Act amendment, Industrial Relation Act, Government Statutory requirement)
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits based on market research and pay surveys in the same industry in order to implement/suggest a compensation strategy for all employees for better attraction and retention;
  • Managing monthly turnover (New Join, Resignation, Transfer, Promotion and confirmation) matter.
  • Investigate employee disciplinary issues and grievances and bring them to resolution, execute due inquiry (DI) when required.
  • Managing the annual performance management process, including conduct performance, bonus and salary review proposal.
  • Work closely and report to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to understand their needs or support needed regards to HR matters.
  • Manage foreign worker matter and actively liaise with Foreign Worker Agency on recruitment, renewal and withdrawal matter.
  • Provide HR related report as and when request by the management.
  • Provide support and guidance to Outlet Manager in handling employee welfare and other HR related matter.
  • Participate in internal and external audits checks on data changes to ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of documents.
  • Liaise with JTK, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF Department.
  • To handle any ad-hoc task as assigned by management from time to time.
  • Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Executive or in a similar HR leadership role .
  • At least 3 year(s) of relevant HR Generalist experience in Retails or Food and Beverages industry will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency both written and verbal in English and Malay.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Good in Time Management, Organizing, Communication and Problem Solving skills.
  • Resourceful, team player, positive, people-oriented and with attention to details.
  • Sound user knowledge to HR2000 and I-payroll system.
  • Ability to work dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Good in Self-monitoring and able to work in macro management environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Outlook
