Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
Experience in HR roles with an added advantage
Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality
Proficient in both written and spoken in English & Mandarin

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
Responsible for full time staff, internships & part-timers recruitment, selection, placement and orientation
Ensuring staff reach KPIs & monitoring their performances
Job Analysis and Planning: Creating detailed job descriptions, determining the necessary qualifications and skills, and developing a recruitment strategy
Monitoring job performance, employee relation matters and retention
To support in any other administrative & ad-hoc assigned tasks
