Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Assist in implementing and administrating the various Human Resource function such as to record and administration of attendance record, leave and overtime record in weekly or monthly basis.
\xc2\xb7 To support the HR Manager in compliance with all Company policies, procedures and regulation.
\xc2\xb7 Handling of sourcing, selection and recruitment work for non-executive employees.
\xc2\xb7 To conduct new employee onboarding program and conduct exit interview as and when needed.
\xc2\xb7 Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records, Responsible to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulation.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinates training and evaluate the employees training needs.
\xc2\xb7 Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiative for long term success of organization in creating a high performing culture.
\xc2\xb7 To handle foreign worker administration duties such as update foreign worker master listing, arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-up, passport, working permit renewal and etc.
\xc2\xb7 To compile foreign worker documents and arrange for submission to immigration and government department.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in handling employee grievance to ensure conducive working environment. This includes clarifying and explaining the implementation of company policies and procedures.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure proper documentation handle in a most confidential manner.
\xc2\xb7 To conduct counseling for disciplinary employees, motivation and retention.
\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
\xc2\xb7 HR generalist with minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
\xc2\xb7 Well-verse in HR legislation & payroll function are essentials. Experience in foreign workers management is an added advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in Boss i-Net) is an added advantage
\xc2\xb7 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (will be an added advantage)
\xc2\xb7 High integrity and compliance.
\xc2\xb7 Assertive personality and able to interact with all level of people.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure and tight timeline with minimum supervision
