Responsibilities
Update daily attendance to Group HR
Issue Clinic slip to worker & arrange driver schedule
Monitor the daily department (production) attendance [attendance email will receive daily] (Highlight the senior if any unusual absent, bad attendance and etc)
Assist in recruitment part (screening, arranging interviews for below executive level)
Check & record the Hostel utility bill and pass IT to the finance
Check Sales Director\'s monthly expenses
Maintain Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 - Human Resources SOP and documentation (plan & follow up internal training with HOD)
Documentation and record for Probation review & Yearly appraisal exercise
Coordinate with Workers on hostel matter
Arrange for visitors (Hotel, Apartment, transportation, and etc)
Arranging celebration/stock count/event (venue, food, drink, inform staff, gift and etc)
Hostel arrangement - (buy furniture, electric appliances, arrange cleaning, and etc)
Arrange/inform the maintenance team to do repairs such as power outages, pipe leakage, bulb malfunction, door issue and etc.
To check and monitor operator overtime.
Documentation preparation for Expatriate pass (EP) & Worker Permit (WP)
Do job posting in My Future Job for expatriate EP purpose
Do photocopies of the permit and distribute them to the worker
Assist in monitoring operator (local & foreign worker) personal file filling
Assist on get quotations for vehicle insurance, air ticket and etc for comparison
Follow up on the Foreign Worker insurance and Fomema result
Check the security log book and monitor the guard performance
