Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 Must need responsible for the Full Spectrum of Human Resource Function including managing and providing administrative support in the areas of manpower needs, payroll, staff movement, employee relations and others HR matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the recruitment and selection of back-end office staff to ensure compliance of recruitment and selection policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication with the related agencies for foreign workers\xe2\x80\x99 applications and permit renewal and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to payroll-related enquiries from internal stakeholders including enquiry on wages, payroll processes and procedures, and external stakeholders (HR EPF, Socso, Income Tax, HDRF) troubleshoot Payroll Avenue system errors, statutory audits, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Memorandum to communicate new company directive and policies to employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain pay plan and benefits program. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
