Assist and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate workforce planning. Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and promote a positive work environment. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and promote career growth. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage HR records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and other relevant data. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. To support in any other HR and administrative tasks as and when required. Proven experience at least 3 years in HR roles. Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality Achievement orientated, self-starter, independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking.
