Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective management of human resources and driving HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and organize programs that enhance employee skills, career growth, and overall company performance.

Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring objectives are aligned with company goals, and provide support for managers in addressing performance issues.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to HR policies, local labor laws, and company regulations. Maintain HR documentation and records in compliance with legal requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and job satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare HR reports and metrics on employee turnover, recruitment, training, and other key HR KPIs.

HR Strategy:

Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the company's growth, culture, and business objectives.
Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in HR software and MS Office. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Leadership and team management experience.
