Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR and Admin functions.
Strategize, plan and coordinate the implementation of the HR activities,whichincludes day-to-day operation,staffing,training and development,and careerdevelopment.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation monthly payroll and all statutorycompliance submissions.Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related materiel EPF,SOCSO,EIS,HRDF,IncomeTaxandLabourOffice.
Undertake Disciplinary Action(domestic inquiries,handling staffcounselling,grievances,terminations and other industrial relations concersarein compliance with labour laws
Manage Full Spectrum Of General Administrative Job.Anyad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
