Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for bringing in qualified people into an organization. The HR executive plan and runs the organisation hiring activities in accordance to organization current and projected job vacancies. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Discuss and establish all job requirement and terms and conditions of employment with hiring manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Draft job description and review with hiring manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct phone screening or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates to be profiled to hiring manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Posting of job vacancies in multiple sourcing platform including social media, print media, or other sourcing channel \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse and provide reporting on hiring status and market trending on job vacancies or other related information \xe2\x80\xa2 Build employer branding with relevant educational institution including universities, skill-based training institution and etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to provide support in end-to-end foreign workers employment matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide Group guidance to location HR on end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal & cancellation \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and maintain HR data of foreign workers, provide weekly report on all foreign workers administration updates and reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Consolidate letter of appointments and invoicing records from location HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with location HR in on-boarding and repatriation arrangement of foreign workers \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other tasks as assigned by superior Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor/University degree and at least 3-4year(s) experience in Human Resource activities \xe2\x80\xa2 3-4 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in end-to-end foreign workers employment management \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
