Job Description


HRIS

  • Manage the HRIS teams daily activities and ensure the team provides the organization with high-quality services.
  • Establish and place into action the HRIS strategy in accordance with the business and HR objectives of the organization.
  • To address the evolving demands of the organization, evaluate and choose new HRIS systems, tools, and software.
  • Ensure the integration of new HRIS systems with existing systems and procedures while supervising their installation. Train end users.
  • Manage the accuracy, security, and integrity of HRIS data to guarantee that it is kept in accordance with rules and policies.
  • Monitor the operation of the HRIS system and make suggestions for enhancements to increase system efficiency and user experience.
  • Create and keep up-to-date HRIS documentation, including guidelines, instructions, and instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to collect needs, spot improvement possibilities, and put solutions into place.
  • Create metrics and reports to assess the performance and efficacy of HRIS systems and offer HR leaders data and insights.
C&B
  • Develop a compensation package aligned with our business goals and strategy.
  • Establish a comprehensive and consistent compensation guideline that reflects our work and organizational culture.
  • Conduct job description evaluations and classifications to ensure equity and consistency in compensation.
  • Conduct research on salary and labor market trends to establish benchmark data for compensation.
  • Utilize effective communication strategies to communicate compensation policies to employees clearly.
  • Conduct organizational surveys to assess employee needs and preferences related to compensation.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in compensation management.
  • Ensure compliance with current laws and regulations related to compensation practices.
  • Conduct periodic audits of compensation practices and prepare and present reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management and C&B management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in property development industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, reporting tools and techniques.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
