Job Description


JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Malaysian
  • Minimum 30 years old
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years or above of working experience in HR/related field
  • Disciplined, organized, punctual, ability to manage time as well as schedule/coordinate meetings. Strong problem-solving interest to ensure productivity and excellent budgeting and cost management skills
  • Willing to work on 5.5 dayshifts as well as to conduct site spot checks during weekends and holidays to ensure the operation is smooth at any of our subsidiaries
  • Ability to travel and visit all our offices and sites
  • Must be familiar with the Employment Act of 1955
  • Able to work in a multi-shift hospital environment with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of HR 2000 payroll system, Quickpay, E-office, Zoom Application, and Xportal system would be an added benefit
  • Knowledge in all manpower management platforms from office access, E-leave systems, CCTV
  • Ability to utilize, update and manage all our online HR recruitment portals like Indeed, etc, website, social media
Other Requirement:
  • Experience in administration, payroll, foreign workers, HRD-Corp, and recruitment
  • RTK test before reporting for duty
  • Medical report (40 years old and above)
  • Inter-department transfer/duties
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • In Charge of Managing online recruitment portals and corporate social media platforms for recruitment i.e FB and Linkedln
  • Recruitment and Termination Management- study company manpower needs, prepare agreements, conduct DI\xe2\x80\x99s, run orientation and exit programs
  • Leave & Medical Management-update and monitor leave record
  • Employee Record Management- prepare staff correspondence letter, maintain and upkeep staff personal file
  • HR Policies & Procedures - Assisting Management in the implementation and administration of HR policies, programs, and practices
  • Department Administration - Ensure that any source of documents/files receive/sent to HR Department are recorded and arranged/distributed correctly for action to be taken/feedback to be given to related parties
  • Audit hospital departments with HODS on staff rosters, health, and safety issues as well as maintain sustainable recycle & energy saving programs conduct visits to all sites in a month to ensure the operation is smooth
  • Coordinating staff events and gatherings, CSR projects with our foundation - MNAWF
  • Manage and consolidate data in Company E-Leave & Attendance System on a daily basis
  • Handle Foreign Workers Matters, Fomema, insurance & Socso
  • Payroll preparation
  • Manage the company\'s profile and applications on HRD-Corp
  • To organize and participate in recruitment events at Universities or HRD events
  • To manage our suppliers for uniforms, medical services, security, outsourced manpower, and other suppliers
  • HRD operations duties working with maintenance to ensure the upkeep of premises, staff quarters and public access is safe and clean
  • Experience in managing staff reviews and domestic inquiries or investigations for breach of employment
  • Coordinating monthly HOD meetings to follow up on projects and upkeep of premises and plan for events
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
