\xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct recruitment interviews \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor on staff\xe2\x80\x99s confirmation and issue letter of confirmation, extension or termination \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicating and explaining HR polices to employees and ensure they comply with it. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to handle workers disciplinary issues including counseling issuing of warning letters, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare advance and salary report of factory and site workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess training needs with every department HOD and arrange the training once approved by the top management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) administrative, documentation and yearly audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be responsible for monitoring and renewal of Business licenses, workers permit, car insurance and road tax. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist manager in other ad-hoc duties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in Business and Human Recourse Studies or minimum 2 years of experience.
