Role Description Looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst with General Insurance/Banking industry experience. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to address complex business problems and processes for our clients to help them achieve their goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements and translate them into specifications and functional designs. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 4+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis in a software development Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall Insurance/Banking Industry experience - REQUIRED Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience with data analysis and modeling Proficient with software applications such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio
