Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Building & Facilities (Complex & Malls) \xe2\x80\x93 JB town

Be the HOD is to lead the entire Building & Facilities Division for Complex & Malls
To oversee the daily operations of facilities, including coordinate repairs, renovations and maintenance that eliminate the possibilities of disruption to its operations.
Develop and implement Building & Facilities Maintenance SOP, Schedules so to obtain the smooth and uninterrupted building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Perform preventive scheduled and routine walk-about-the job and inspections to detect any building & facilities\' irregularities.
Maintain and perform ERP & drills and compliance to all OSHA requirements.
Coordinate and ensure all contracted activities are meeting the required quality and timeliness.

Requirements :

Min. diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field.
Minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities and Complex & Malls Industry, that associated with good knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
Excellent in communications with all level of people.
Ability to lead a team of maintenance to trouble shoot interruptions in facilities / utilities (escalators/ lifts, lighting system etc).
Must be willing to work at Johor Bahru
