Job summary: To be fully responsible for the overall smooth running of the EM branch\'s businesses operations within Consumer Goods thus contributing to the branch / company profitability. General responsibilities: To enhance the efficiency of EM operations, providing clear support to the Sales Team to boost productivity. Managing client Business Review (BR) for the entire EM. Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) for the entire EM. Monitoring and managing Service Levels, including demand forecasts for the entire EM Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources Provide interpretation and explanation on sales administration/support policies and procedures Prepare and compile submission of individual sales achievement to ensure accurate and successful processing of incentive Produce and monitor regular sales reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Execute daily sales administration activities (e.g. customer price maintenance, order taking and submission, shipment tracking) in accordance to agreed service level standards Coordinate with sales and marketing team to provide support on general administrative activities (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance and lodging) Recommend improvements or process enhancement to improve team productivity and cost efficiency Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales. Functional skills and knowledge: Cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are clearly communicated Manage and oversee team\'s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set Drive and manage learning and development of the team in branches Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry Proven track record in managing teams within a shared service environment Proven team management skills with knowledge of SAP accounting applications Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken Willing to travel to Sabah and Sarawak Education: Degree in Sales/Marketing, or related fields Work experience: Minimum eight to ten years\' experience in a similar role Minimum three to five years\' experience in a managerial capacity
