PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop & review reward framework, plans, and strategies to ensure alignment with the overall Sunway Medical Centre reward philosophy. Drive Performance Culture. Manage the overall performance management cycle, continuously improve on the processes, and create awareness (training & and communication). Manage the annual bonus, increment, and promotion process, and ensure Pay for Performance is put into practice. Conduct Job Analysis and evaluation, and establish a framework/guideline to cater to different positions across Sunway Medical Centre. Benchmarking to ensure keep abreast with the market best practices. Review and revise the current process flow to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations and increase overall HR productivity. Provide technical support and advice to HR Business Partners, and act as subject matter expert in all compensation & benefits, and rewards matters. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology, Economics, Finance or Business Administration or related qualification. Proficiency in job analysis and evaluation and competency-based approach preferred. Up to 10 years of working experience in managing the administration of compensation and benefits, and performance management processes, at a managerial level for a medium-sized company. Strong analytical ability, effective communication skills, and team leadership. Working knowledge of HR information management systems. Understanding of payroll systems. Working knowledge and application of labour laws and practices.
