Our client is one of the largest nutrition companies focused on healthy lifestyles with a wide range of products. They are in the midst of a large transformation process in the APAC region to improve their digital processes to serve their customers better. This role will be part of the \xe2\x80\x9cthink-tank\xe2\x80\x9d to lead the transformation across all their markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders both internal and external (multiple countries) to understand market needs, challenges and obstacles faced as well as demands to bring better profits to the business.
• Connect with various functions and IT vendors and ensure smooth deployment of the projects.
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure product design and proposed solutions meet business needs and expected outcomes.
• Act as a local advocate to create a culture of change in utilising digital tools effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent expertise with minimum 8 years of experience in IT digital transformation in the retail or e-commerce sector.
• Good track record of stakeholder management including effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen with analytical thinking, problem solving and team management skills.
• Exposure to digital analytics with a focus on ROI/ROE is preferred.
