Developing, implementing, and managing branding strategies for assigned campaigns/projects in order to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
Overseeing group branding functions, which involve formulating and planning strategies, managing collateral materials, maintaining databases, managing social media presence, updating the company website, organizing placemaking activities, and coordinating events.
Conducting thorough research on competitors products and services, and devising strategies to gain a competitive advantage. This includes closely analyzing and monitoring market trends.
Executing various branding and marketing campaigns/plans to promote the organizations products/brand online or through advertising channels.
Organizing trade shows, roadshows, or private events to enhance brand visibility and support sales efforts.
Managing public relations activities, including drafting press releases and assisting in the creation of corporate collaterals such as Annual General Meeting materials, annual reports, and financial releases.
Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, media partners, vendors, and alliance partners.
Providing support to the department in upholding the companys corporate image and brand value.
Requirements
At least minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the property development or construction industry.
Minimum a degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Hospitality, or Business Management.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in content writing for both internal and external communication, public relations, and event coordination.
Possess knowledge of online marketing, digital campaigns, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies for profitability.
Fluency in written and verbal communication in Chinese language would be an added advantage.
