Job Description
- To effectively plan and coordinate according to the Master Schedule.
- To collaborate with consultants and ensure efficient design within budgetary limits.
- To verify with consultants and confirm that tender and construction drawings adhere to stipulated requirements and guidelines.
- To establish a record-keeping system that ensures conformity with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- To adhere to and guarantee design, submission, and approval in accordance with local authorities.
- To synchronize with diverse stakeholders and oversee the project development phase.
- To oversee consultants and take charge of design compliance responsibilities.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of proven experience in property development.
- Proficiency in managing township development projects.
- Demonstrated strong leadership attributes.
- Thorough familiarity with local regulatory requisites.
- Excellent public relations acumen, capable of effective communication with consultants and relevant stakeholders.
- Skilled in interpersonal interactions, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Position located in Bertam, Kepala Batas.
