Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in end to end management of all of manpower requirements for the scope functions / roles to support the overall business strategy of the assigned business function.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand the hiring requirements through detailed business need discussions.
Partner with business leaders to develop job descriptions for various roles to attract the right talent pool.
Challenge thinking of business leaders to be able to shift to skills led hiring.
Proactively plan and advise junior recruiters on sourcing strategy best suited for the various roles to maximize desired applications i.e. through agencies, employee referrals, internal movements, job boards, own network etc.
Manage end to end processing of the profiles starting with screening, scheduling interviews, getting feedback from hiring managers, triggering assessment to closing the offers post discussion with the candidates.
Keeping candidates engaged post offer until joining to reduce dropouts.
Conduct research for market intelligence from time to time for peer organizations to map key talent and create a talent pipeline.
Build a credible network in the market to get market talent insights for proactive planning of recruitment strategy for the immediate, medium, and long term.
Drive and lead the diversity hiring agenda for the scope functions by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to organize and participate in various internal or external recruiting events.
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that the recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process for 100% compliance.
Keeping track of all of recruiting input metrices for 100% operational efficiency such as hiring TAT, cost per hire, healthy source mix, healthy sourcing funnel and take corrective actions as needed.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the reputation of the Bank, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment for conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Our Ideal Candidate
Experience - 10-12 years overall experience in recruiting
Experience for hiring in Technology or Operations roles or in BFSI environment
Candidate should have basic knowledge and understanding of critical business parameters and market dynamics of consumer, private and business banking in India.
