Responsible for facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) practices, supporting the ART in preparing the Planning Increment (PI) planning and facilitating the PI planning event.
Support PI execution by tracking progress, facilitating synchronization events, supporting backlog refinement and coordinating planning efforts.
Coaching other Scrum Masters and ART roles on team events, practices and ceremonies within the ART.
Optimizing the value flow by introducing a pull system, applying the Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) methodology and defining ART flow measures.
Escalation of impediments, risk management, ensuring value delivery and lenient improvement.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and others.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to resolve conflict diplomatically.
Ability to coach and mentor team members on agile principles and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize and remove impediments to team progress.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers and product owners.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
Academic degree in software engineering, computer science or information technology
Professional written and spoken English skills
