Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the Information Services Division.
Job Responsibilities
Planning and defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Identifying and managing project risks and issues, proactively taking steps to mitigate and resolve them.
Communicating project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and senior management.
Managing project changes, ensuring that changes are properly documented, approved, and communicated to all stakeholders.
Ensuring that project requirements are met and delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality.
Conducting regular project team meetings to track progress, address issues, and review deliverables.
Maintaining project documentation and ensuring that it is up-to-date and readily accessible.
Managing project budget and resources, ensuring that they are allocated appropriately and efficiently.
Conduct Project closure.
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Engineering with minimum of 12 years\' experience in technical project management.
Good knowledge in latest technologies and trends in the IT industry and have a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferably with Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
