Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Specialise in Tyre or Automotive Industry
• To be responsible for sales KPI targets set by management.
• Continuous business development in all product segments.
• To develop a network of customers.
• To utilize digital tools for prospecting for new customers.
• To be equipped with sufficient product & technical knowledge, soft skills, and able to fully utilize available digital tools for effective sales
• To translate & train customers on Market/Product/Technical knowledge, soft skills, and digital tools by organizing relevant training.
• Monitor, track and communicate to customers on sales achievement, growth potential, etc.
• To maintain a good service and relationship with the customers to amplify the high-performance culture.
• Proactively communicate to the customer on product development, data & systems updates.
• Regular market visits to keep up-to-date with market information and continually analyse market trends in terms of vehicle, product size, and type evolution.
• To provide timely market information to Regional Manager.
• To feedback on product performance and assess competitor product performance in a controlled manner with relevant commercial data.

Requirement:

• Malaysian citizen, based in the country
• Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales positions in dealer management roles.
• Experience in the automotive or tyres industry will be added advantage.
• Good communication skills. Fluent in English and Malay
• Capable to work independently with initiative. Strong drive to achieve results by taking ownership in a challenging environment
• Candidate must possess a driving license and own a car.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search advertising

Working Hours:

• 5 days work,Monday to Friday,
• 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Working location: Klang, Selangor and Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Experience:

• Sales in Tyre Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
