Requirements

• Candidate with 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Marketing Communications or related roles.
• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required, preferably in Mass Communication, Advertising or Marketing
• Possess strong interpersonal PR skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and also a team player with passion to guide others.
• Creative, passionate and flexible with different requirements and contexts.
• Familiar with different designing/graphic/photography/videography tools and apps
• Familiar with event management
• Familiar with online & offline media buy.
• Comfortable with working at different locations and moving around between properties.
• Most importantly, learning and growing together as a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for branding and marketing for multiple entities including: LKE Musang Queen, LKE Hydroponic Farm and other entities.
• Develop marketing strategies & launch plans in accordance with brand goals, whilst keeping in line with company goals and vision.
• In charge to ensure that the brands are always presented according to the brand guide and tone of voice of the brand in digital and non-digital communication.
• Oversee, plan & manage marketing & brand budgets, coordinating across internal & external teams to ensure financial accuracy MOM as well as maximizing marketing dollar / spend.
• Plan, direct and implement marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) across multiple platforms that includes social media, ecommerce and retail trade channels.
• Possess strong organizational & planning skills to lead teams from campaign conception to execution
• Involves strong project management & collaborative skills, to complement decisive leadership acumen.
• Establish relationships, present projects and campaigns to external and internal stakeholders to ensure implementation of campaigns are well executed.
• Analyze brands\xe2\x80\x99 sales and marketing activations, and prepare post-mortem reports emphasizing campaign on campaign excellence with a learning attitude.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
