Position Responsibilities: Build a marketing and communication plan based on the business plan objectives. Build an online communication plan and develop content for all digital channels - website, social media. Develop and implement website marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and informative content that supports the company\'s brand and objectives. Develop and implement video marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Create short-form video content that is engaging and informative for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and more. Develop sales enablement tools such as PPT, brochures, flyers, posters, branded merchandise, and samples. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create high-quality marketing materials. Identify new trends, platform, and other opportunities in the digital arena that can lead to future engagement with customers and eventually to more sales. Select other channels where we can promote our brand and offering (publications, key opinion leaders, PR) Qualification and Experience Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies and producing marketing content. Demonstrated experience in implementing effective digital engagement strategies. Strong understanding of marketing principles and creative design Knowledge of website design principles and user experience Good understanding of video production, storytelling, and digital marketing Experience in working with advertising and digital agencies.
