Lead and manage a dynamic team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure collective success.
Offer clear direction, constructive feedback, and effective oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategic marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and content marketing.
Oversee e-commerce operations and other digital business initiatives.
Monitor and enhance SEO and user engagement, recommending strategies for content optimization.
Stay current with social media and industry trends, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Set and manage revenue growth goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Use quantitative methods, models, and research to understand merchant, buyer, and supplier behavior, providing valuable feedback for product and strategic development.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in both online and offline marketing, preferably in the home appliance or refrigeration and air-conditioning industries.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Proven experience in team leadership.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and consumer behavior.
