Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience related to marketing at the executive level
• Experience in the wine and liquor industry will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behaviour
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and creative thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events
• Lead and oversee the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals
• Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including budget allocation, creative development, and performance tracking
• Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics
• Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimize top-of-the-funnel campaigns with a targeted approach
• Analyze key metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and ROI
• Establish systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services
• Monitor progress and submit weekly/monthly performance reports

• Salary Range: RM 4,000 to RM 6,000

• Working Hours: From 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Full day) , Alternate Saturday (Half day)
