Job Scope:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals.
• Oversee the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to create integrated campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the wine and liquor products.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights for optimization.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives to expand the brand\'s online presence and sales.
• Conceptualize and execute product launches and promotional events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness and present performance reports to senior management.

• Min Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in Executive level.
• Experience in the wine industry will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behaviour.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Possess own transportation.
• Willing to travel.
