  • Ideate, develop, and implement event plans to drive brand awareness and boost sales.
  • Prepare online and offline marketing campaigns to grow customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market visits to plan and execute trade campaigns, promotions, and POSM.
  • Assist with new product launches and campaigns.
  • Support marketing team with marketing-related activities and execution.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience within the Consumer/Cosmetics/Beauty space.
  • Fluent in both English and Malay (other languages/dialects will be advantageous).
  • Able to travel within Malaysia for market visits, events, and relevant marketing activations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
