• A Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field plus at least three (3) years of related experience, an Associate degree plus professional license (General Contractor, Building Inspector) plus five years of related experience, or other equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license.

Tanggungjawab

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accountant to join us. You lead and prepare monthly month-end closing, and financial statements, verify financial records and transactions, analyze cash flow, review budgets, and forecasts, and develop paperwork for regulatory reporting for the organization.

• Handles company brand social media feedbacks and works closely with operation team to resolve customer feedback on daily basis.
• Assists the Marketing Department and business units in providing effective market research plan based on specific cultures and customs.
• Proficient in written, verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Weekly & monthly report compilation - Compiles and updates customers feedback, and sales & promotions campaign performance.
• Establish relationship, present projects and campaigns to external and internal stakeholders to ensure implementation of campaigns are well executed.
• Provides timely and responsive feedback to department heads and operation teams on sales performance, market insights, and any issue arises.
• Coordinates and prepares bulletins for monthly promotions or brief for campaigns to all stores and relevant departments; ensure consistency across all consumer touch points in terms of POSM / marketing collaterals.
• Liaise and follow up with suppliers on any production of POS material and marketing collaterals.
• Ensures to follow standard operating procedures requirements, constantly providing feedback and suggestions to ensure operational excellence
• Conducts market research and analyze consumers & competitor\'s trends to guide marketing strategies and tactics.
• Executes all tasks assigned by the Marketing manager in timely manner
