An exciting Senior Medical Scientific Liaison job has become available at a renowned multinational pharmaceutical company here in Malaysia.

About the Senior Medical Scientific Liaison Role:
Reporting directly to the Medical Lead, you will be the key resource personnel on medical and clinical information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with healthcare professionals and clinical investigators, providing current, fair, balanced and scientifically rigorous medical and clinical information
• Meet with healthcare professionals who might be interested in engaging in a scientific discussion regarding a product\'s medical and clinical profile in the context of approved prescribing information as well as in response to unsolicited questions or requests for information which may involve off-label information
• Implement tactics identified in the medical affairs plans
• Identify potential investigators for phase one, two and three clinical trials
• Provide medical and scientific input and training to the commercial team including development of training materials, reviewing of promotional materials and ensure response to medical inquiries

To succeed in this Senior Medical Scientific Liaison role, you will need to keep abreast of latest scientific developments and disease areas.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in medicine, pharmacy or currently a PhD in science related majors
• Minimum of one year of experience in medical affairs/medical scientific liaison matter is a must
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Clinically sound with knowledge of clinical trial procedures
• Ability to develop overall medical strategy and plans
