Job Scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Focal point for catering team \xe2\x80\x93 inclusive operation and crewing \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage the day-to-day catering team operations and prepare reports accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time. Operation \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in catering set ups and operation in a timely and organized manner for existing and new projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all related workflow is in place, well execute and propose continuous improvement on standard of procedures/workflow, when deemed necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing catering operation and processes to ensure high quality of performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, monitor and cross check all catering operation and processes documentation including inventory reports, request order, and work order, to ensure all data information is accurately reflect the real situation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue Purchase Order based on the proposed quantity request and make sure related invoices are correctly issued and back charged to client accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Client on provision loading schedule from time to time and casket correct information to internal department for required and necessary action \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in every meeting related to catering to update information, to clients and to company management and team in order to align everyone on the information \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure to achieve efficient cost control in operation processes \xe2\x80\xa2 To actively seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth & development with focus on latest food trends and best practices. Crewing \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Crewing Manager to ensure crewing department manpower sourcing and schedule are arranged accordingly from time to time \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all related workflow in crewing department is in place, well execute and propose continuous improvement on standard of procedures/workflow, when deemed necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure crewing department compliance with standard of procedure/workflow and HSE standard Qualification Required \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent and self-motivated individual with positive attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure and a good team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
