Senior Operations Planning Executive Planning & Budgeting, Sg Warehouse
Job Description
: Develop warehouse operational plans on a monthly and quarterly basis, which involves forecasting of outbound volumes, overseeing inventory levels, and managing optimal inbound volume Build up planning model to cater for new businesses, and align with relevant stakeholders to meet required timeline, operational targets etc Liaise with commercial team for weekly upcoming inbound/outbound forecasts, and plan optimal resources to ensure operational efficiency Set up Business Continuity / Contingency Plans to ensure operations continue to flow smoothly despite the occurrence of worst case scenarios Coordinate across teams to align on plans for spike days, and execute to deliver results Daily manpower planning and adjustment to ensure operational excellence in a cost effective manner Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager Requirements: Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines At least 2 years of working experience in operations planning related roles Decent data analysis skills, experience in planning model will be a plus Good logical thinking abilities with a data driven mentality Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to navigate through an agile environment Able to work well within a team and independently Comfortable to work in a warehouse setting
