Benefits Summary:

• This is a full time permanent position
• Basic Salary RM7,000 - RM15,000
• Medical Claims, Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, Annual Leaves, Yearly Salary Increment, Annual Bonuses, Company Shares Award, Monthly Allowances, Dynamic Environment, Supportive Management, Company Overseas Trips and Events etc.
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9.30am-6.30pm
• Working Location: Kuala Lumpur

** Our client, a reputable Property Developer that is one of the market leaders in real estate development and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the great market demand. Currently, they are expanding their business portfolio to be involving Groceries and Pharmacy industry, hence, they are seeking a passionate Senior Pharmacist (With Fully Registered Pharmacist Certificate) to join their big family. As part of the company, you will join as one of their company shareholder to work with their senior management in registering and obtaining the pharmacy type A retail license for their company as well as setting up their very first pharmacy retail outlet. __
** Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company\'s market presence and reach new customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to stay informed about market developments and opportunities
• Oversee the sales and marketing team to create effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team on business development activities and results
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the pharmacy field

** Additional Information/ Requirement:

• At least 3-4 years of practical experience in hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy or pharmaceutical factory approved by the Pharmacy Board
• Possession of a Bachelor\'s Degree of Pharmacy/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist under Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
• Able to assist company in applying Type A retail license
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service skill
