Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees. Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles time, process capability and tooling history. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, mold setter, and material handler. Provide technical support/solutions to manufacturing processes, improve yield and throughput, drive cost reduction activities and improve on part quality. Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues. Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts. Responsible to maintain and updating MRM report. Involve in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 audit Minimize COPQ by initiate preparation Limit Sample and issuance of Mould Repair / Modification Requisition Job Sheet Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output Perform process simulations and process simulations Optimization of processes to meet objectives of lowering cost and/or improving productivity
Key Requirements

3-Must-have

Minimum Diploma/Certificate's in Engineering of Manufacturing Injection Molding

Minimum 5 years in manufacturing injection molding

Proficient in English and Malay language

2-Good-to-have

Lean six sigma Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Working days:

5 days MON-FRI

Working hours:

8.30AM -6PM

Benefits:

Interview Details:

1st round - HOD, HR will be interviewing candidates. Online Interview. 2nd round - HOD, HR, Director will be interviewing candidates. Physical Interview.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
