Job Description

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a background in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Minimum Diploma and above and 3 years working experience in procurement role is preferable
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work in fast learning, acceptance of challenging environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company\'s goals and vision.
• Oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and management of suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with cross-departments to understand supply needs and forecast and budgeting demand.
• Update, improve and innovate the procurement work and processes according to the current situation of the company.
• Optimize inventory management and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical practices.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
