Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative

Senior Proposal Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing, formatting, and beautifying proposal papers received from various departments using

Canva

and other relevant tools. This role is essential in ensuring all company proposals are presented in a professional, visually appealing, and brand-consistent format.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with multiple departments to receive raw proposal content and transform it into professional and well-designed documents. Use

Canva

extensively to format, edit, and beautify proposal layouts, visuals, and graphics. Ensure all proposals are aligned with the company's branding guidelines and presentation standards. Add infographics, charts, images, and icons to improve proposal readability and engagement. Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documents. Manage multiple proposal documents simultaneously and ensure timely completion before deadlines. Update and maintain a proposal template library and design assets for reuse. Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand content objectives and provide design suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proficient in

Canva

; knowledge of other design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator or PowerPoint) is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in document formatting, corporate design, or proposal support. Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail. Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Organized, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
