• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

• Computer literate and numerate; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Autocad is an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role will be preferable.

• Call for quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors, and coordinate the subcontract procurement process.
• Prepare tenders and contract bids, tender submission.
• Taking off quantity, preparation of BQ, and tender drawing analysis.
• Prepare cost comparison, recommendation of Award, Variation Order (VO), Work Order (WO), and Letter of Award (LA).
• Liaison with client/consultant/supplier/contractor including drafting of all necessary correspondence.
• Attend meetings with clients/subcontractors for monthly progress certification, variation works, etc.
• Site valuation/site measurement, prepare progress claims to clients, and payment certificates to sub-contractors.
• Monitoring the project\'s progress claims, variation order, omission works, and final account.
• Compile, check, certify, and confirm subcontractors\' progress claims to ensure that the claims/invoices are tally with the work orders.
• Coordinate with the operation team, and negotiate with building owners, property developers, and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are implemented according to work programs at sites and able to be completed on time and within budget.
• Implement cost control procedures, establish and manage budgets, control expenditures, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
• Ensure adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost, and safety.
• Ensure the construction or sub-construction is under contract or subcontract specialized building services.
• The ability to Interpret architectural drawings and specifications is an advantage.
