Job description
Our client is a world-renowned logistics company with an established presence in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational real estate work (facilities management) for all of their warehouses in Malaysia.
- Strategic responsibilities to develop company's real estates in Malaysia (Strategic partnerships with developers, landlords, transaction management providers, etc)
- Budget planning, manage investment approvals, secure optimisation of space and services country-wide
- Managerial experience in real estate/facilities management
- Proven track record of strategic real estate initiatives
- Experience handling transaction management (leasehold/ freehold disposal or acquisition)
